With sourdough, feta, radishes and roasted pumpkin
I made this tonight and oh my goodness it was so delicious! I was worried I'd overcooked the bread (I used a gluten free torpedo roll) but the croutons were actually such a lovely texture with all the other ingredients. Yum!!
