This seared salmon recipe is both elegant and rustic - perfect for when you have guests over for dinner. The herb-flecked sauce is tangy and creamy, and I find that it cuts through the richness of the salmon perfectly. Serve with crusty bread for mopping up all the delectable sauce. Cooked grains such a wild rice, quinoa or bulgur wheat is another idea.
