This is absolutely, the most delicious way to eat cabbage - roasted until crisp on the edges and gloriously tender in the middle. I stirred together a mustardy sage, parsley and lemon dressing flavoured with finely chopped anchovies, then poured over the lacy crevices between the leaves. It’s sure to be your new favourite side dish, served alongside grilled fish, chicken, or sandwiched between some toasted crusty bread with creamy cheese.
