I love the filling in this tart - it appeals to me immensely. Garden greens, a variety of rich cheeses, dollops of sweet caramelised jam, salty olives, and plenty of fresh, fragrant herbs. It's indulgent, satisfying and refreshing all at once. The epitome of summertime fare. A beautiful option for a garden get-together or easy-going weekday meal.
